Welcome to Juniper Pet Club, a service provided by Juniper Pet Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "Juniper Pet"). By using our services or subscribing to our membership, you ("the Subscriber" or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Agreement

1.1 This Agreement governs your acquisition and use of our services.

2. Service Description

2.1 Juniper Pet Club is a subscription-based service providing members with premium access to all articles on the site, a private community, and a weekly newsletter subscription,

3. Subscription & Renewal

3.1 Juniper Pet Club offers an annual subscription service.3.2 Your subscription will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your subscription date.3.3 Your account will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the renewal term, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4. Billing

4.1 Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, regardless of usage.4.2 It is the Subscriber's responsibility to keep their payment information up to date. Failure to process renewal fees due to outdated or incorrect payment information may result in the cancellation of the subscription.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time.5.2 To cancel or make changes to your subscription, please email us at help@juniperpet.co.5.3 Cancellation will stop the auto-renewal of the subscription service; however, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current subscription term.

6. No Refunds

6.1 Juniper Pet Club subscriptions are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for any subscription, regardless of whether the service has been used or not.

7. Modifications to Service and Prices

7.1 Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.7.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

8. Liability & Indemnification

8.1 Juniper Pet Inc. is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.8.2 Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juniper Pet Inc. and its employees, from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, violation of the rights of any other person or entity, or any breach of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Juniper Pet Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

10.1 Juniper Pet Inc. may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of or access to our services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Underdog Awards

Welcome to the Juniper Community's "The Underdog Awards"! By participating in this campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility‍

This campaign is open to all registered members of the Juniper online community. Participants must own the rights to any photos they upload.

2. Purpose‍

This campaign is for entertainment purposes only. Upon uploading a photo of their pet, participants will receive a generated fun award which they can share on social media platforms.

3. No Purchase Necessary‍

Participating in The Underdog Awards does not require any purchase.

4. No Guarantee of Prizes‍

While Juniper may choose to send gifts to select participants, there is no guarantee or promise of any tangible reward or recognition. The receipt of a generated award does not indicate a win or entitlement to any prize.

5. Rights to Photos‍

By uploading your photo, you grant Juniper the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and reproduce the photo in any manner and on any platform, including promotional and advertising materials. You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the photo and have the authority to grant these rights. You also agree to indemnify and hold Juniper harmless from any claims arising from the use of the photo.

6. Privacy‍

Juniper will not share, sell, or misuse any personal information submitted during the course of this campaign, except as may be necessary to fulfill the purpose of the campaign (e.g., sending out select gifts).

7. Release of Liability‍

By participating, entrants release Juniper, its affiliates, partners, and their respective agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in this campaign or with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize.

8. Termination‍

Juniper reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend The Underdog Awards for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law‍

These Terms & Conditions are governed by New Jersey State Law without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved by the competent courts of New Jersey, and participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Acceptance of Terms‍

Participation in The Underdog Awards constitutes an agreement by each participant to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
